Use of the products is conditional upon the your agreement to the terms and conditions of purchase set out below. If you do not agree to these terms, then you must not accept the terms hereof or purchase, download, access or otherwise use any products from this website.

Royalty Free License is granted on purchase.

This allows:

• Use in any commercial or non commercial personal project.
• Use in your portfolio works.
• 3D printing for personal use.
• Use within promotional tech demo videos or real time demonstrations.
• Integration of product into a commercial project such as video games / movies / virtual reality experiences that are intended for sale.

This does NOT in any cases permitted:

• Resale or free distribution of the product or a derivative of the product in any format.
• Sell or distribute freely our products or modified versions of our products on your own marketplace.
• Sell any product as a 3d printed/cast.
• Reselling or redistributing the products at 'print on demand' services (mugs, t-shirts, etc.).
• Bundle the 3d models with software.
• Sell or distribute any of our products (modified or not) by itself or in a texture pack, material, clip art, website theme or scrap booking pack.
• Using a special program (spider, leecher) or script to automatically download all products or store website. Users who try to mass download will be banned from the website automatically.
• Interfere with the security or otherwise abuse, disrupt, place excessive loads on, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to this website or any system resources or networks connected to this website.
• Release any of the products or derivative products under Open Source Licences.
• Use commercially or for profit a free download or giveaway product without expressed permission.

CONDITIONS OF USE

Use of any product on this site are intended for aiding in the creation of 2D or 3D computer graphics, video games, movies and printed media.

Resale or free distribution of any of our products or derivatives of those products in any 2d or 3d format is not allowed. Most uses (including games made with Unity and Unreal) are acceptable for redistribution only if the 2D/3D files are part of a larger creation and not distributed in an open format

PRIVACY

Trickbox studios inc. respects the privacy of the personal information of the individuals with whom we interact. Trickbox studios inc. does not disclose personal information of our members or those individuals who visit our website. No newsletters or offers will be sent to you without your prior consent. Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product and addressing any customer service issues.

TERMINATION

Trickbox studios inc. reserves the right to terminate the license of the use of our online products if the user is found in breach of this License agreement and does not remedy that breach within three (3) days of receiving notice from Trickbox studios inc.
